Si acquista un servizio come un prodotto online, con il relativo monitoraggio. La sfida consiste nell'instaurare una comunicazione orizzontale tra tutti gli attori della catena logistica post-vendita. I metodi di gestione mirano a rielaborare i processi e la comunicazione con i clienti. L'obiettivo \u00e8 tirare i flussi piuttosto che spingerli. Per essere ottimizzate, le ore pagate dai clienti devono essere maggiori delle ore pagate ai tecnici. Ma il carico di lavoro varia secondo le squadre e le officine. Il tasso di utilizzo sar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 basso nella fase di diagnostica. Dovrebbe invece essere ottimale per i servizi di manutenzione rapida, dove gli interventi sono standardizzati e la promessa sui tempi di riconsegna \u00e8 importante. Per quanto riguarda i servizi meccanici, si situano a met\u00e0 strada. La riorganizzazione delle officine da sola non basta.
