elementor-size-default\">The SCALA group came up with the idea of sticking a QR code on the inside of the door of each vehicle taken in at the workshop, enabling the vehicle to be connected to its dealer. When the customer wishes to book an appointment, there's no need to phone: they scan the QR code, identify themselves and book their appointment online.\nEven once the vehicle has been resold, the QR code enables the new owner to keep in touch with the original dealer.\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d0235f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0d0235f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">This idea, as simple as it was ingenious, generated more than 700 connections during the containment period, with a 50% conversion rate!
